Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stack, including our website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a brand, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and participate as a creator or brand on Stack.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide during account creation and verification is accurate and kept up to date, including your name, contact details, and payout information.

Brands may create campaigns ("Stacks") specifying a budget, a rate per 1,000 verified views (CPM), and a set of content rules. By joining a Stack, you agree to follow its published rules, including required platform, sound, hashtags, and posting windows.

Content you submit must be your own original work or content you have the rights to post, must comply with the platform policies of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, or any other platform you post to, and must not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

Stack and campaign brands reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any submission at their discretion, including rejecting submissions that don't match a Stack's brief or that show signs of manipulated or fraudulent engagement.

Payouts to creators are calculated based on verified views attributable to approved submissions, at the CPM rate specified by the relevant Stack at the time of submission.

Stack deducts a platform fee from creator earnings prior to withdrawal. The applicable fee is disclosed to you before you confirm any withdrawal.

Withdrawals are processed to a linked Nigerian bank account via our payment processing partner. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be affected by factors outside our control, including your bank's processing schedule.

You agree not to: purchase or artificially inflate views, likes, comments, or shares on any submission; submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates our content standards; misrepresent your identity or account ownership; or attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's security or fraud-detection systems.

Violations may result in rejected submissions, withheld payouts, suspension, or termination of your account, at Stack's discretion.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit. By submitting content to a Stack, you grant the campaign's brand and Stack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reference that content in connection with the campaign and for platform promotional purposes.

The Stack name, logo, and platform design are the property of Stack and may not be used without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Platform, other users, or campaign brands.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. Any unwithdrawn balance should be cashed out before closing your account, as closure may affect your ability to access remaining funds.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Stack does not guarantee that any Stack will remain funded, that submissions will be approved, or that any particular level of earnings will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
